Kimberly’s passion for Pilates sparked from her interest in sports conditioning – exploring ways to cross train to prevent overuse injuries many experienced. She hopes to inspire YOU to take charge of your health – even bite-sized goals go a long way! As Moshe Feldenkrais puts it nicely, “Movement is life. Life is a process. Improve the quality of the process and you improve the quality of life itself.”
Fully qualified as a Level 1 & 2 STOTT PILATES® studio teacher, and the Gyrotonic® method, Kim delights in sharing her first hand experience and guiding people to discover their individual movement potential. With her added knowledge in FRC® and a Sports Science SDip, Kim has worked with a variety of clients from those who had to rehab from their injuries and pain, Parkinson’s disease, to seniors and pre/postnatal women, and athletic clients who seek to improve their sport.
